Single Sauna Session- All sessions include the entire sauna suite with private shower for1 hour, including shower/ change time. We recommend up to 45 minutes in your own private sauna. Relax, detoxify, and purify the body in our full sized infrared sauna - long enough to fully lay down. Chromotherapy lights are included for a variety of health benefits.
Sauna memberships
To sign up for monthly memberships, please view the memberships page when booking. Purchase sauna spa monthly memberships of 4, and 8 or 12 a month. No contract required. Sauna can also be scheduled 1 hour before your massage for deeper relaxation.
